Dream Therapy

When we sleep we provide the body, not only with much needed rest, but also with the opportunity to heal and re-energise. Dreaming is also essential for our well-being and health. On waking, we have only to pay attention to our dreams in order to regularly benefit from our nightly excursions.
Working with an experienced dream therapist to explore your dream content can greatly improve your waking life in many ways.
If you regularly experience nightmares or recurring dreams, it’s best not to ignore them in the hope they will stop or go away. The subconscious, desperately trying to get a message through, has possibly had to resort to either repetition or shock tactics to get you to pay attention, or you may even be giving yourself the opportunity to face and overcome fears.
As with Core Belief and Inner Child therapy, Dream work can either be a stand-alone approach to therapy, or it can be incorporated into regular therapy sessions.
Each session lasts for approx. 1 hour and costs £60.00.
Missed appointments are charged in full unless 48 hrs notice is given.
